These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HP Mega Mail ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You may use HP Mega Mail only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity performed through your authorized account.
2. Google account authorization
HP Mega Mail uses Google's OAuth authorization process. You choose whether to grant access to your Google account. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to violate applicable laws, abuse another person's account, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Mail data for purposes unrelated to the functionality presented to you.
4. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on Google services, including Google OAuth and the Mail API. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page unless a later effective date is stated.
