This Privacy Policy explains how HP Mega Mail ("we", "us", or "the application") handles information when you use our application and connect a Google account.

When you authorize HP Mega Mail through Google OAuth, the application may access Google account information and Mail data covered by the permissions displayed on Google's consent screen. Depending on the enabled functionality, this may include email messages, message metadata, sender information, subjects, dates and message content.
2. How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to provide and operate the HP Mega Mail functionality requested by the user, such as retrieving and displaying Mail messages and related information.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or other unrelated purposes.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except where necessary to provide the requested application functionality, comply with applicable law, protect our rights, or respond to a valid legal process.
4. Data storage and security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the application. OAuth credentials and tokens, where stored, are protected using access controls and are used only to provide authorized functionality.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, or satisfy legal obligations. You may request deletion of application-held personal data by contacting us.
You can also revoke the application's Google account access at any time through your Google Account security settings.
6. Children's privacy
The application is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.
